OVFL Registration

Age Groups for the 2012 OVFL Season:

  • Bantams − born in 1998,1999
  • Junior Varsity − born in 1996,1997
  • Varsity − born in 1993,1994,1995

Forms required to be completed in full, and can be found on the website:

  • OFA form ( 1 copy)
  • MMFA form (2 copies)
  • hotocopy of health card
  • Recent picture of the child
  • Picture consent form (1 copy)
  • Photocopy of ID (passport or birth certificate)

Fee Schedule for OVFL

  • $700.00 per player
  • Early bird special until March 1st, 2012 (paid in full), is $600
  • After March 1st registration is $700

Indoor Training for all 3 OVFL Age Groups starts SATURDAY JANUARY 14TH, at the Aurora Dome, in order to participate you must be registered with payment.

All equipment must be returned immediately.
Cost for unreturned equipment is $300 for house league and $600 for all rep teams.
