OVFL Registration
Age Groupsfor the 2012 OVFL Season:
- Bantams − born in 1998,1999
- Junior Varsity − born in 1996,1997
- Varsity − born in 1993,1994,1995
Forms required to be completed in full, and can be found on the website:
- OFA form ( 1 copy)
- MMFA form (2 copies)
- Photocopy of health card
- Recent picture of the child
- Picture consent form (1 copy)
- Photocopy of ID (passport or birth certificate)
Fee Schedule for OVFL:
- $700.00 per player
- Early bird special until March 1st, 2012 (paid in full), is $600
- After March 1st registration is $700
Bring a friend who registers and pays, receive an additional $50.00 off!
